Taking a look into a log may help determining what happens; these are the steps to create a log:
- Open Intel® Proset Connection Utility.
- Go to Tools, Intel® Wireless Troubleshooter, Wireless Event Viewer.
- Click on File, Settings. Make sure the first box is checked and choose the log’s location and filename.
- Go to the Driver Log tab and check all boxes. Click OK.
At any moment the log file will appear in the selected folder but it may not be immediate. You may keep note of the time and restart your system for the activity to be recorded.
