Also have issue with driver for Intel 4965 AGNat my laptop Compal FL90 using Windows 8 and 8.1 x64 (Driver from MS dated 2010-08-15 13.3.0.137).

Unfortunately solution described by Jack-the-dude[Sep 25, 2013 5:14 PM] (wireless_16.1.5_De64.zip) do not work, drivers in that package are not for 4965 AGN.

I moved to Intel 4965 AGN page, and from there to Download Center 15.3.1 (Wireless_15.3.1_Ds64.zip) and so far, so good
