Thanks again Intel for the latest Bluetooth software for AC-7260. As I said in a previous post I was reluctant to update to the newest drivers after updating to 3.1.1311 caused my BT to become an "unknown USB device" and reverting to my original driver (3.1.1307) was difficult. To my delight however the newest Intel BT software (17.0.1401.03) installs and functions correctly in my Windows 7 operating system. My BT is now working without issues or problems and is no longer wandering through my device manager as an "unknown USB device".
