No joe, they responded to a diagnostic tool report that I was asked to run on my machine with no instructions to upgrade to the latest driver before running said diagnostic. Of course their reply was please upgrade to the latest driver and then end of story. I, like many other users here, had to select a driver and configuration for your malfunctioning product that works best for our own situation.
The new error 43 is due to the driver you asked me to upgrade as the solution to my long standing problem that all others have here, dropped connection and poor performance. As in the past, the latest driver did not fix the issue and introduced new ones, forcing me to return to an older driver that at least works.
