I apologize for the issue you have.
You may want to use WPA(2)-AES for the encryption. Make sure the router uses this setting if possible and not shared like TKIP+AES. We also recommend other settings for 802.11n connectivity:

You may also try restarting the network devices (modem and/or router). A firmware update for the router may help.
