Excellent Suggestion

On Intel NUC devices, be sure to power cycle it (pull the plug) after installation of the new driver.

What this means for you folks who are attempting to get the later Intel WiFi and Blue Tooth Pro drivers to work with W7 Pro-64 bit (as I struggled with) .  If you don't completely disconnect power from your computer, AFTER installing the drivers, you will receive a USB code 43 device failure.  You may have to remove the device which was Windows did not recognize initially (usually the blue tooth device although it will be identified as unknown).  Removing the device was not required with my setup, yours may respond different.

1) Download the latest drivers for both the WiFi and Bluetooth

Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software — Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth® Technology

2) Install the drivers (WiFi first then Blue Tooth)

3) Shut down your computer  (see the notes below concerning very important complete power down)

3a For Desktops unplug your monitor and your power cord (anything that continues to supply power to your system) and leave it unplugged for about 5 minutes)

3b I did not test this for Laptops but it may require the removal of your battery and unplugging your power cord on a laptop

4) After 5 min or so, Plug everything back in and power your system on, wait for Windows to completely boot

6) The Blue Tooth and wireless should now be working in Win 7 Pro (I did not test this with other versions of Windows)

7) Remove the drivers and repeat the process if it does not work initially.
