Or better, (if anything goes wrong with the above step) you may want to uninstall both Intel Bluetooth entries, cold boot (shutdown /p) and then re-install Bluetooth 17.1.1406.01.

Wait, something's not right here. That device ID is funny. I can't find 08B2 as an Intel part. According to pcidatabase.com, Device 0x08b2 is the Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000.

Whats your device ID look like mine is Also if yours is the same , then its not laptop depentant. mine worked in ubuntu v14 with out issue so it would be flalky windows drivers.
